Nothing in this Agreement creates employment or partnership.

 2. DRIVER OBLIGATIONS
The Driver agrees to:
– Hold a valid driving licence
– Maintain a roadworthy vehicle
– Carry valid insurance
– Provide safe and professional services

 3. PLATFORM USE
Zuboid grants a limited licence to use the platform.

Drivers must not:
– Share accounts
– Commit fraud
– Manipulate fares

 4. PAYMENTS
Drivers receive payments subject to:
– Platform commissions
– Payment provider processing

Zuboid is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

 5. DRIVER-MANAGED MODEL
Drivers may:
– Assist with onboarding
– Support local operations

This does not create ownership or employment rights.

 6. TERMINATION
Zuboid may suspend or terminate access for:
– Safety issues
– Fraud
– Poor conduct

 7. LIABILITY
Drivers are responsible for:
– Passenger safety
– Vehicle condition
– Compliance with laws

This Agreement is governed by Kenyan law.
