 1. INTRODUCTION
These Rider Terms apply to all passengers (“Riders”) using the Zuboid Drive platform.

By requesting a ride, you agree to these Terms.

 2. ROLE OF ZUBOID
Zuboid is a technology platform only.

Zuboid does not provide transportation services. All rides are provided by independent Drivers.

 3. RIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
Riders agree to:

– Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
– Be ready at the pickup point on time
– Treat Drivers with respect
– Follow all applicable laws

 4. FARES & PAYMENTS

Riders agree to pay all applicable charges, including:

– Base fare
– Distance and time charges
– Cancellation fees (if applicable)

Payments may be made via:

– M-Pesa
– Card
– Cash (if enabled)

Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

 5. CANCELLATIONS

Riders may cancel a trip, but fees may apply if:

– The Driver is already en route
– The Driver has arrived at the pickup location

6. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR

Riders must NOT:

– Abuse or harass Drivers
– Damage vehicles
– Engage in illegal activity
– Carry dangerous or prohibited items

 7. DAMAGE & CLEANING FEES

Riders may be charged for:

– Vehicle damage
– Excessive dirt or spills
– Cleaning costs

 8. SAFETY

Riders are responsible for:

– Wearing seatbelts
– Following safety instructions
– Ensuring children are properly supervised

Zuboid is not liable for incidents occurring during trips.

 9. LOST ITEMS

Zuboid is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

Drivers may assist in returning items, but this is not guaranteed.

 10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Zuboid may suspend or terminate Rider accounts for:

– Non-payment
– Misconduct
– Safety concerns

11. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuboid is not liable for:

– Indirect or consequential damages
– Loss of property
– Personal injury during rides

12. DISPUTES

Disputes should first be reported to Zuboid support.

Unresolved disputes may be handled under Kenyan law.

13. CHANGES

Zuboid may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
